Tamil Nadu floods: Extremely heavy rains lash southern dists; over 50,000 stranded people rescued

Tirunelveli (TN), December 20 (ANI): Tirunelveli District Collector KP Karthikeyan while speaking to ANI on December 20 said that more than 50,000 people who were affected by the flood have been rescued. He said, “Within 24 hours we have completed all the rescue operations and we have rescued more than 50,000 people. We have made effective management of dam release.
