What should I do with this LISTED Detached Property | Property Review

In this month's Property Review we are in Buckinghamshire which is not far away from London. As a property investor, I'm always looking for good deals. This beautiful listed property can be purchased as a very good price and I need to know if I should Rent it, Flip it, Avoid it or live in it. What do you think I should do? We were thinking of waiting until the so called 'crash' to see if properties will drop in value around April/May ... 1
