ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS!!! - end value (seconds) - time value (frame count of the clip) - multiplier (a value, defined by you, to determine how much frames of the original clip you want new one to have, like 0.7 (70% frames of original)) less frames plays faster, more - slower. -To calculate multiplier, divide 1 by desired playback speed - for example, if you need 1.5x: 1/1.5 = around 0.66. time * multiplier / frame rate use time value from original clip divide by frame rate of your video to obtain end value in seconds from frames you paste time value before edit to cram/stretch frames of the clip into new shorter/longer duration to enable time property on a clip: Rclick - Time - normal - forward/backward - x1 DEFAULT WAY (drop down menu): Rclick - Time - fast/slow - forward/backward - 2x/4x etc i hope it helps!
