Easy Breakfast Made with Eggs and Rice Paper, kids and adults all love this! @incredibleegg #CrackitWithAnEgg #chinesefood #eggs #breakfast Ingredients: 3 eggs Pack of rice paper ¼ tsp Salt Pinch of sugar 1 tbsp chopped green onions 1 tbsp vegetable oil Directions: 1. Soak the rice paper in cold water in a bowl. Set on the side. 2. Crack the eggs in a bowl, add salt, sugar and green onions. Mix well. 3. Heat a pan on high heat for 1 minute then brush the pan with vegetable oil. 4. Turn the heat to low and pour ¼ cup of the egg mixture into the pan. 5. Cook on low heat for 10-15 seconds, the put 1 sheet of rice paper on top of the still runny eggs and let set for 15 seconds. 6. Fold the eggs with the rice paper into a square shape or roll them into a spring roll shape. 7. Serve hot. Note: To ensure food safety, eggs should be cooked until the center reaches 160°F
