The SEC versus Ripple case has concluded yesterday and Ripple has won on the most important part. That all XRP being sold on exchanges are NOT Securities. Judge Torres issued her ruling yesterday and it was a huge win for retail investors. Now she did say that all sales to institutions were investment contracts and that is part of the Howie test so those will be securities and that's fine. They might just pay a fine and be done.
