It’s specifically made for the days when you in a hurry but still wanna get some food in your belly. Jollof & Fried Rice: This is one of the most common types of Nigerian dishes. It’s made from rice, a rich tomato sauce and spicy ingredients to give it that rich taste. This dish has caused so many wars across the West Africa countries with a major contender being Ghana Jollof, but we all know which is better. Ewa Agoyin: This is a Nigerian dish made from beans and spicy sauce. It is usually eaten with an assortments of meat or sometimes boiled eggs.
