Dates are so delicious and after ramadan our household is usually still overflowing with dates. This is a great way to use up leftover dates. I usually make these and store them in an airtight container at room temperature. They can be kept for a month. I like to keep these at work for a quick and healthy snack at break time. It’s a quick energy fix and doesn’t have the sugar or fat or a chocolate bar or packet of crisps. My children also love these as an alternative to candy or biscuits. I hope you’ve enjoyed my video.
