ingredients and direction:
3 medium size potatoes cut into a wedge
Deep fry or pan fry
Add ½ tbsp Sichuan pepper (timur)
Dried chilies
Again in a pan heat 1 tbsp mustard oil
Add 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
2 dried chilies
Add minced ginger and garlic
Add ground Sichuan pepper and dried chilies
Add 1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin and coriander powder
Add chopped cilantro
Chopped spring onion
Add salt as per the taste
½ tsp red chili powder (optional)
Add fried potatoes
Mix it well
