    @pique-nique3 years ago I started out if 16/8 and eating whatever i wanted. Didnt work.
    then i went to if 18/6 and ate keto with the keto bread and keto crackers, etc. A then i went to if 20/4 and gave up all grains, all sugars, and all high carb fruits and veggies, and all keto processed.
    now im doing if 20/4 and only eating low carb fruits and veggies (whole foods only) and healthy proteins and fats. This is working great!
    im glad i stuck it out until i found my dream lifestyle!

But then i slacked off again which is so easy id="hidden48" to do but i am glad to understand what works for me so i am hopeful to get back on it. I love feeling great about myself no pizza ice cream or candy will ever substitute for the longevity of feeling great like this. Started my first week and already seeing the improvements as i did a yeari hope this will be permanent but it' s so hard when everyone else is the same kind of sick. Conflicting studies come out all the time depending on the particular subjects and the methodology, and people will try to use those studies to say whats absolute for everyone, but dont let them do that.
