One would think cheaper/shorter range air defense would be used if the drone had been detected. It seems everyone's militaries are learning a lot from this war. ... 64

@LauftFafa9 months ago that S-300 didnt have the full package . usually they are always accompanied by Pantsir s2 to defend against smaller projectiles and drones and cruise missiles since the S300 is more about shooting down big targets not small i mean look at the size of that missile tube ... 1

@meddy8339 months ago Challengers have the ability to fire Depleted Urainium tipped SABOT rounds. They can also fire standard SABOT rounds as well as HEAT rounds. Not saying they will not use then DU Tipped SABOT rounds, just that they have alternatives to use. Thanks fr the update sir. ... 5

@stephenhall35159 months ago Russia really has to be very destructive at Krasnohorivka soonest and close both the N15 and D0532 to UA supplies so there is no shifting of UA assets in the Robotine towards Tokmak area. Just chasing units into forest and ruined buildings leaves Russian forces open to the destruction of targets which cannot be easily hidden -- such as EW radars. Although these can be assembled and disassembled quickly they have to be in the open and require servicing/battery vehicles.
I wonder why the Russian air force is not more active in this regard at a critical time in the war. ...
