CRISPY STIR FRY SHRIMPS in GARLIC BUTTER Recipe
1 1/2 lbs Large SHRIMPS (PRAWNS) - butterfly cut Shrimps (Prawns)
1 tsp Salt (Kosher salt preferred)
1/2 tbsp Corn Starch
4 tbsp Butter (Unsalted preferred)
1 tbsp Cooking Oil
FRY GARLIC and HONEY PANKO
1 cup Cooking oil
1 bulb Garlic (minced)
1 cup Honey Panko
In a WOK, season SHRIMPS and TOSS with GARLIC and PANKO mix
1 tbsp of Cooking oil
1 tsp Knorr Chicken Powder (Chicken Flavor Bouillon)
For GARNISH & SPICY Flavors
2 pcs Chilis (add more for Spicy flavors)
Green Onion leaves
Romaine Lettuce
