Aloo Pav Bhaji Sabji
Ingredients
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Cumin seeds/Jeera - 1 teaspoon
Green chili/Hari mirch - 1 no finely chopped
Ginger/Adrak - 1 teaspoon grated
Potato/Aloo - 1 to 2 no boiled
Salt - to taste
Pav Bhaji Masala - 1 to 2 teaspoon
Lemon juice - of 1/2 lemon
Chapati - 1 no cooked
Tomato sauce/ketchup - as required
Onion/Pyaz - 1/2 no finley chopped
Tomato/Tamatar - 1/2 no finely chopped
Cheese - grated as required
Chaat masala - to taste
Instructions
1.Heat the oil in a pan, then add the cumin seeds, finely chopped green chili and grated ginger. Saute well. Cut the boiled potato in pieces.
2.Then add the boiled potato pieces and mix well. Put salt to taste and then sprinkle the pav bhaji masala. Press the potatoes and mix well all the ingredients. Cook for 1 minute.
3.Then turn off the flame, squeeze the lemon juice. The aloo sabji is ready. Further, you can make a chapati roll or eat it with a bread.
4.For making a chapati roll, take a chapati, apply the tomato sauce/ketchup over it. Place the aloo sabji in the middle of it.
5.Then, put some finely chopped onion and tomato over it. Grate cheese on it and sprinkle chaat masala to taste. Roll it and seal with toothpicks to serve with tomato sauce.
6.The Aloo Pav Bhaji Sabji is ready to be served.
