This beginners sequence yoga flow is designed to safely lead yogis, of all levels, to achieve the peak pose of Crow, or bakasana. Crow requires the engagement and of your core, your chest, and your hip flexors, so let’s build through poses specifically targeting those areas before we go for the big boy of Crow!!
I don’t know about you, but I remember the COMPLETE satisfaction I experienced when I was able to get both feet up in Crow for the first time!! It’s exhilarating!!
