To the shrimp add a drizzle of oil, old bay, cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and combine. Add oil, salt, garlic powder, cajun seasoning, old bay seasoning, to the lobster meat and combine. Using a skillet add oil, 1/2 of the diced shallots or onions, and sautee' until fragrant. Add the shrimp and sear on both sides until thoroughly cooked. Reserve and set aside for later. Using the same skillet add a small of oil, and butter. Add remaining shallots, sautee' until fragrant before adding the lobster meat. Combine the lobster with the shallots and cook thoroughly. Remove and set aside for later. Using the same skillet add the lump crab, season with cajun seasoning, old bay, cedar plank salmon seasoning, and fresh lemon juice. Arrange the lettuce in a bowl, add seafood, bacon, and eggs.
