Marshmallow Fondant, how to make it without Microwave | Two ways

Hello everyone! Welcome back to my channel. In this video is all about how to make a Marshmallow Fondant from scratch. I have shown here two ways in melting marshmallows, One is using a Microwave and the other one is using a Bain-Marie or Double Boiler method (pot with water). LAB U ALL 😘💖 Ingredients: 1 pack mini-mallows (283g) (Available in any Grocery and Baking stores). 3 1/2 cups of Powdered sugar (sifted) 4 tbsp water 2 tsp tylose powder ( this is optional, but for me I advised to add coz it will help your fondant to become more pliable, firm and easy to dry). Vegetable Shortening (for kneading to avoid sticky hands) This fondant mixture can cover an 8" by 4" Round Cake. If you want to cover a bigger cakes or two layered cakes just multiply the ingredients. Hope this will be a big help for all of you who wants to venture in baking specially the newbie bakers at home.
