Derby Racer (Off-ride Footage - Playland Park Rye (New York)

Derby Racer is one of three unique rides in the world (two in USA and one in Blackpool, England) that simulate the motion of a racehorse as it bobs up and down in a horse race. The horses on this model were carved by Marcus Charles Illions and the racing mechanism was designed by the legendary Fred Church.
