Et le tikka massala est plus jaune que rouge et il manque le curcuma et le yaourt à votre marinade et les étapes sont plus longues je vous le dis car j ai appris ça d une amie et voisine indienne et je peux vous dire que le lait de coco n existe pas dans le tikka ... 7

@BobBOB-tg3xk2 years ago تلوث كبير، خاصة الهواء في الهند خاصة في المدن الكبرى … أما التسممات الغذائية في الهند فسببها الرئيسي هو إنعدام أدنى شروط النظافة لدى الكثير من بائعي الأكل في الشوارع و حتى المطاعم … كما أن هناك الكثير من المتسولين و المتشردين في الشوارع، ظاهرة أخرى سلبية جدا و هذا لأنه بلد سياحي و هي ظاهرة التحايل على الأجانب من طرف التجار … السائح إذا أراد زيارة هذا البلد الجميل فعليه توخي كامل الإحتياطات اللازمة ... 6
